Management
Human Resource

Management characterises the process of leading and directing all or part of an organization, often a business, through the deployment and manipulation of resources (human, financial, material, intellectual or intangible). One can also think of management functionally: as the action in measuring a quantity on a regular basis and adjusting an initial plan and the actions taken to reach one's intended goal. This applies even in situations where planning does not take place. Situational management may precede and subsume purposive management.

Organisational Responsiveness

Modern organisations are frequently driven by the need to transform themselves, relocate to new premises and improve business responsiveness. This means they are also required to manage complex change programmes and develop and improve their people.

Increased efficiency and greater organisational flexibility are the hallmarks of success, indicated by processes that measure the results. Enabling such solutions requires a sound grasp of change processes, astute strategic thinking and clear alignment with organisational and stakeholder needs. It requires an examination of cost, delivery and success parameters, as well as understanding the impact of proposed changes on staff and customer behaviours.
Solutions must also be supported by innovative, effective and responsive management approaches, professionally delivered.
